Style Session: FPxme

If you know me at all then you'll know I have a crazy obsession with the brand Free People. Not only do they specialize in the ultimate cozy wardrobe, designing a multitude of unique oversized sweaters and chunky knits, but they also emphasize the importance of mental and physical wellness. Their devotion to inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle while expressing their own originality is admirable, and I only hope one day I may have the chance to work with this uplifting company.

Because I look up to this business, my wardrobe is lined with a wide variety of the American bohemian clothing. With winters being as brutal as they are, I decided to come up with a warm alternative to the classic sweater-and-scarf combination we see so frequently in the midwest.

This Boucle Slouch Cardi is my absolute favorite knit I own. It's soft, oversized and keeps me ridiculously warm. There's nothing not to love about it.

I also can't rave enough about this scarf. It currently isn't featured on their website, but you can browse any of their oversized scarves and I guarantee all of them will probably be as wonderful as this one.

When I say I hardly wear any of my other pairs of shoes, I'm not over exaggerating. Chances are if you see me out of the house, I will be rocking my Metallic Hi Top Chucks and Ruffle Boot Socks

The only part of this ensemble that wasn't from Free People were these sweet Zara jeans. Unfortunately Zara is a fast fashion company, so their inventory changes frequently and these jeans are no longer on the website. If you're looking for something similar, don't worry! Zara has unique, customized denim year round and I'm sure you'll find a pair that suits you.

And that's that! Let me know in the comments below what you like to wear during winter and check out Free People if you liked my look!
